1. Who are we dealing with?
We are web based sales agents for the Largest B to B tour operators, Railtour Sussie Sa , Switzerland

2. How do we book this tour?
Our Booking procedure:
a) We require 50% payment at the time of reservation to process the booking and balance one week prior to your arrival in Switzerland.  
b) Need name as mentioned in passport with passport no, flight details / Train details (arrival and departure time).  

3. Where do we collect the documents from?
Though, you will be given all confirmation receipt of the package with hotel vouchers by email, but the original documents will be handed over at SBB counter at the airport (Zurich/ Geneva) itself. It is located in the same building and is easy to locate. The trains leave from the same building. The staff at SBB counter will explain how to reach the train and when the train leaves. The SBB counter is 1 level above from where the train leaves.

In Zurich Airport after the customs, you will just have to follow the train signs until you will reach the level with check-in 3 (this is one level above the actual Railway station where you will board the train). To the right of check-in counter 3 there is an office called "Railway center" where you will get your documents.  

4.What is the payment procedure?
a) We accept payment through two modes as given below :  
i) Bank telegraphic transfer  
ii) By VISA credit card on our ONLINE payment system where we send invoice along with Secured (128 Bit encryption) online payment System. You can pay by credit card, but there will be 3% bank charges extra on credit card payment
ii) WE ACCEPT MASTER CARD / VISA & AMERICAN EXPRESS.Please note :- we will be charging 3% bank charges on the Credit Card payment

5. What is the approximate travel time between the main cities ?
1.Interlaken and Lucerne : 2 Hours
2.Zurich and Lucerne : 50 minitus
3.Geneva and Interlaken : 2 hours and 45 min
4.Geneva and Zermatt : 3 hours and 30 min
5.Geneva and Bern : 1 hours and 45 min
6.Interlaken to Jungfraujoch : 2 hours 30 min
7.Zermatt to St.Moritz : 7 ½ Hours

6. What is the child policy?
Below 5.99 years is free except in package Glacier express 5star.

7. How about the transfers between the train station and the hotel?
Not included in the programme and prices, therefore has to be arranged by the clients on their own.

8. What is the difference between the Swiss pass and transfer ticket ?
Swiss Pass Features: Valid on the national network of more than 20,000 kms of trains, valid on the public transport system of 38 swiss cities. Children upto 5 years included travel free. Moreover you get a 50% discount on excursions to most mountain tops and free entry to over 400 museums in Switzerland.
Swiss Transfer Ticket Features: A round trip from the airport or the Swiss border to any resort in Switzerland. Each trip needs to be completed in one day and can be used for most of the quickest, most obvious and direct route. Also note , return trip may start from another location than the one you started from.

9. What is the difference between the Swiss pass and Swiss card ?
Swiss Pass: It is actually entitles you to unlimited trips on the entire network of the Swiss travel system covering virtually all vacation resorts and towns in Switzerland: 9000 miles of railboard, boat and postal coach routes are open to you, as well as streetcars and buses in 37 Swiss cities. Moreover, you get a 50% discount on excursions to most mountain tops and free entry to over 400 museums in Switzerland.
Swiss Card: It only includes the first and the last trip from the border or airport to one's destination and back, it also offers a 50% discount on all trips effected by train, boat, postal bus and most mountain trains and cable cars between the 1st and 2nd transfer day. Swiss card has a maximum validity of 1 month

10. What is Mount Pilatus ?
If you're looking to shout from the mountaintops, Mount Pilatus may be your answer. This is the world's steepest cogwheel railway, The highlight of the tour is the magnificent view from 7,000 feet above sea level. At the summit, you'll see over 70 peaks and five different lakes. The world's steepest cogwheel railway operates from May to November (depending on snow conditions). However you can still visit the top of Mt. Pilatus via the panoramic gondolas and the aerial cable cars thatcontinuously operate from Kriens to Pilatus Kulm during the entire winter.

11. Does the fee include the mountain train round trip to the top of Jungfrau?

Route : Interlaken Ost - Lauterbrunnen - Kleine Scheidegg - Jungfraujoch - Grindelwald - Interlaken Ost.
Route Description :
From Interlaken Ost, proceed via Lauterbrunnen where you have to change trains and Wengen to the Kleine Scheidegg situated at the foot of the famous Eiger North Wall.Further proceed by Jungfrau Railway to the Jungfraujoch situated at a height of 3454 m/11'333 ft making it the the highest railway station in Europe. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier which is the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight stay at Interlaken

13. What is the procedure to choose the hotel?
We have a selection of various hotels with different categories, mentioned in each itinerary and your hotels will be confirmed from the same list. You can give your preference and we will try to reserve the same hotels but it will be subject to availability.
