Although no changes are anticipated, we reserve the right to make changes in hotels where deemed necessary or advisable. Substitutes will be equal in quality.
Passport and Visa Requirement:
Valid passport is needed for Travel in Europe. In addition, passengers from certain countries may require visas for Switzerland and Italy: please check with the
Swiss consulate or your Travel Agent
Cancellation: Full refund if cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to departure. A booking fee of CHF 100 to cover communication and administrative expenses will be charged in any case. A cancellation fee of 10% is due for cancellation between 30 and 10 days before departure. For cancellations less than 10 and more than 5 days before departure we charge you 25 % . No refund for no-show or cancellation less than 5 days before departure.
Alterations:
Changes to the original booking entail expenses, which have to be passed on. The appropriate fee being CHF 70 per alteration.
On our tours we serve you with a fleet of deluxe motor-coaches which offer you the optimum in comfortable traveling. The fleet consists of latest models. All coaches are fully air-conditioned and in perfect condition. Equipment includes comfortable reclining seats, large windows, ample space for passengers and luggage, toilet, refrigerator, microphone and stereo equipment.
