Swiss consulate or your Travel Agent Cancellation: Full refund if cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to departure. A booking fee of CHF 100 to cover communication and administrative expenses will be charged in any case. A cancellation fee of 10% is due for cancellation between 30 and 10 days before departure. For cancellations less than 10 and more than 5 days before departure we charge you 25 % . No refund for no-show or cancellation less than 5 days before departure.

Alterations: Changes to the original booking entail expenses, which have to be passed on. The appropriate fee being CHF 70 per alteration.
